The Power of Rituals & Ceremonies
To me, a ritual or a ceremony is never just a gesture. It is an anchor that grounds the vast rhythm of nature and the inevitable changes in life directly into your nervous system.
In our modern world, we have lost the art of marking our transitions. We move from one phase of life to the next—from grief to rebirth, from girlhood to motherhood, from silence to speaking our truth—without ever stopping to acknowledge the crossing. Without these pauses, we simply keep going, often feeling disconnected from ourselves as the busyness of life takes over and the depth of the present moment simply slips away.
I believe that rituals and ceremonies are vital for our collective soul, that rituals and ceremonies are essential for our sense of belonging. They remind us that we aren’t meant to carry life’s big changes alone, but that we are part of a shared human experience. Yet rituals and ceremonies are also a private sanctuary. They are the personal markers that help you reconnect with your own rhythm and find solid ground within yourself.
I weave these sacred practices into every layer of my work, whether we meet in the intimacy of a 1:1 session, journey together through my online programs, or gather in person during my retreats.

Retreats
My retreats are more than an escape; they are sacred initiations. Whether we are gathered in the mystical silence of Provence or at hidden sanctuaries across the globe, these immersions are designed to take your healing out of the mind and anchor it deep within your body.

The Magdalene Path
In the heart of Southern France, I guide you along the winding, ancient paths of the Sainte-Baume. Here, in the shadow of Mary Magdalene’s sacred cave, we engage in Rooted Rituals that bridge the gap between the ancient wisdom of the land and the longing of your soul. Through ceremony and somatic alchemy, we weave the whispers of the divine feminine with the raw power of your own body. It is time to listen to your blood and your bones. Come home to the mountain, honor your sacred fire, and embody the Priestess within.
Rooted in desire. Wild in spirit. You are the Untamed Woman.

Mary Magdalene in Ecstasy is a painting by the female Italian baroque artist Artemisia Gentileschi (1620).
Artemisia’s Magdalene reminds us that holiness lies not in chastity, but in the raw, fleshly surrender to your own divine nature.
