I am a Facilitator of Transformation.
In my work as a Body Therapist and Intimacy & Sex Coach, I hold space for the deep integration of soul and skin.
I believe that LOVE is the pulse that makes us human, it is the invisible thread that connects us all. My work is built on the conviction that healing the world begins with healing our relationship to the body. I believe that when we return to our skin with kindness, we create a more compassionate world; because a body that feels safe, is a body that can love.
I am living in the shadow of the sacred Sainte-Baume mountains in the South of France. In the footsteps of the legend of Mary Magdalene, I lead retreats, walking side by side with those ready to reclaim their sovereign power.
As a writer, I dance with words to express the unspoken. As a professional chef, I treat the alchemy of the kitchen as a sensory ritual—an inexhaustible source of creativity and nourishment.
In everything I do, my mission is the same: to help you shed the armor of shame and survival, and to guide you back to the sanctuary of your own body. Together, we move from the freeze and looping of past patterns into the fire of your most authentic, sensual, and untamed self.
